We refine your design in detail, working through layouts, finishes, and key selections. Every element is considered to balance design, functionality, and cost - so your project is ready to move forward with confidence.

Under a Preliminary Building Agreement, we complete engineering, site inspections, and trade pricing. You receive a fully detailed scope, fixed-price estimate, and construction timeline-eliminating surprises.

We present your fixed-price building contract, clearly outlining scope, cost, and timeline. We then manage all documentation, including construction drawings and council approvals, preparing your project for construction.

Construction begins with clear communication throughout every stage. At completion, we walk through your home together to ensure every detail is right, followed by ongoing support and a post-build review.
